- Why are the prints in red? Red is the compliment of green on the color wheel. This simple adjustment for a botanical art applications speeds up the process of combining colors as they are ordinarily combined, to make the subjects appear three dimensional. This traditional "way" of coloring botanical prints has been around for several centuries. However, that doesn't mean that you need work this way, so change it back to grey if you wish to.
- How can I reverse the prints to grey? If you do not want to print the coloring pages red, simply adjust the color print back to black and white inside the software preferences of your home computer before hitting the print button.
