Make A "Special Day for Mother"

Fold and Cut a Paper Basket:

1. Cut our a paper basket about twice as large as the one shown above, from construction paper.
2. Print, color and cut out the printable of rhymes and flowers for the basket.
3. Use the tips of your small scissors to cut slashes inside of the paper basket for the 'thought flowers.'
4. Slip the 'thought flowers' into the cut openings in order to fill your Mother's Day basket full of good thoughts!
